If something does not work
The source is empty
Confirm the source is reachable and contains supported HTTP or HTTPS streams. A playlist address must use HTTPS.
A cleartext stream is blocked
HTTP media or server access must be explicitly allowed for that source. Cleartext traffic is not confidential or tamper-resistant.
A video will not play
The source may use an unsupported transport, an unavailable embedded player, expired credentials, or a format the platform cannot open.
Local upload cannot connect
Keep the Apple TV upload screen open, use the displayed local address, and make sure both devices are on the same LAN.
!Protect source credentials
Playlist addresses and Xtream details may contain credentials. Never publish them, include them in screenshots, or send them in an unprotected support message.
